Ness Energy Announces Office Relocation

 WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA, ISRAEL, January 8, 2007/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. announced today that it has completed the relocation of its corporate offices. 

Corporate Office Relocation 

As previously announced, Ness Energy had planned to relocate its corporate offices from Willow Park, Texas. The relocation has been completed and we are up and running in our new offices in nearby Weatherford, Texas, approximately 6 miles west of the previous location. Trading Activity

On December 26, 2006 the Securities Exchange Commission ordered that the temporary change of the trading symbol for Ness Energy International, Inc. be changed back from (NESSE) to the original (NESS). This action resulted from our successfully filing the required quarterly report Form 10QSB.
