Ness Energy Announces Israel Activity Updates
WILLOW
PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA, ISRAEL,
January 23, 2007/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International,
Inc. announced today the following updates.
Ness US Personnel in Israel
Ness Energy US personnel are
currently in Israel exploring several issues with its various
partners there. Among these issues is the possibility of Ness
Energy establishing a direct presence on the Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange (TASE). Currently, Ness has an indirect presence on the
TASE through its partner, Modi’in Partnership. However, Ness is
considering a more direct presence. It is the desire of Ness
Management to establish this presence as another vehicle through
which Ness can raise capital within Israel for its activities
there. President and CEO Sha Stephens comments; “As we continue
exploring and working toward establishing ourselves as an energy
producer in Israel, our capital requirements also continue. For
years, this activity has been supported almost entirely by our
US shareholders. Due to interest expressed by potential
investors in Israel we believe it is time to provide the Israeli
people an opportunity to directly participate. Being listed on
the Tel Aviv Exchange would open another potential source of
capital, which we believe has the potential to accelerate our
efforts as we continue with our plan of well re-works and
eventual drilling in Israel, ultimately bringing us to the
discovery we are working toward. It is important to note that,
at this time, we are simply exploring possibilities. There have
been no firm decisions or commitments made. However, the initial
results of our investigation appear favorable. “
Gurim # 4 Update
The Gurim # 4 well, located
just outside Arad, near the southwest end of the Dead Sea,
continues to sit in a near-producing attitude. Our field
personnel moved our rig back on to the Gurim # 4 in early
January to “swab” further samples of oil from down hole. These
additional samples were gathered at the request of, and provided
to, one of the prospective purchasers. Further information
regarding the Gurim # 4 will be released as it becomes
available.
Investor Correspondence
In keeping with our renewed
efforts to focus on the vision of the company and our Israeli
efforts Ness Energy has, by design, experienced a reduction of
office staff. This reduction has resulted in fewer people
performing essentially the same tasks as the previously larger
staff. One of the areas that has been most affected by this
reduction is our ability to respond personally to every call or
email received from shareholders. In an effort to answer many of
the questions asked by our shareholders we are implementing a
new “Shareholder Information Voice Mailbox.” This is a voice
mailbox that is accessible via our main office telephone number
at 817-341-1477. This mailbox will contain a verbal version of
our latest press release, as well as answers to many of the most
popular questions asked by our shareholders. In addition,
callers will be able to leave a message with any other questions
they may have. President Stephens adds, “We will continue
listening to every message received from our shareholders. We
will also continue to make an effort to return those calls and
answer those questions personally. However, please understand
that Ness has over 11,000 shareholders. With our smaller office
staff it is very difficult to answer every call or email
individually and personally. We will attempt to keep our
shareholders better informed through the use of our web site and
more frequent press releases. This is a necessary step in order
for us to keep our ongoing expenses at reasonable levels. Your
continued patience and understanding are appreciated.” This
mailbox should be available beginning January 29, 2007.
About Ness-The Vision
Ness Energy operates oil and
gas interests in the Ft. Worth Basin of North Texas. Ness is
also an active player in the energy industry in Israel, carrying
out The Vision of The Company. ‘The Vision’: that Israel, in
particular the southwest end of the Dead Sea, is a place where
“Science and The Bible shake hands” and that Ness will achieve
realization of The Vision through the location and recovery of
an abundant supernatural source of oil and gas in Israel for The
Nation of Israel and the Christian communities”.
