Ness Energy International, Inc. announces Flow Test Results of the Be’eri #3 Well in Israel

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA, ISRAEL, September 20, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Ness Energy of Israel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC BB: NESS), today, announced that Modi’in Energy Limited Partnership (“Modi’in Energy”) released information in Israel on September 18, 2005 regarding positive results following the conclusion of a 72-hour flow test of the Be’eri #3 well, in the northwest end of the Negev desert near Ashkelon, in Israel.

During the test the Be’eri # 3 well reportedly produced at a rate of 100 mcfgd (100,000 cubic feet of gas per day), with no significant production of water. The test measured gas produced from the underlying Canoman formation. The Be’eri # 3 well has been estimated in the past as containing reserves of approximately 250 million cubic feet of natural gas.

The Be’eri # 3 well is currently under license by Modi’in Energy. The well was originally drilled in the 1980’s by the Israeli Government to a depth of approximately 300 meters. Natural gas was present at the time, but was never produced. Modi’in Energy purchased the well in February 2005. With increasing demand for natural gas, as well as ever-increasing prices, it is now feasible to produce from the well. Modi’in Energy is currently exploring the possibility of marketing the gas produced from this well to local entities, whose current demand has been estimated at approximately 50 mcfgd.

Ness Energy President and CEO, Sha Stephens, commented: “Ness has been involved, both directly and indirectly, in the emerging energy industry in Israel for years. Our entire company was founded on the principle of assisting the people of Israel in the discovery and establishment of a self-sustaining source of oil and gas. Through our partner, Modi’in Energy, the results of this test and the marketing efforts currently underway bring us another step closer to achieving our goal. We are excited about this latest development and look forward to continued progress.”

Ness Energy is indirectly holding, through other corporations, 90% of the General Partner of Modi’in Energy. Ness Energy also, on a consolidated basis, presently owns 14.93% of Modi’in Energy.
