Ness Energy International Contracts With Rockoil Energy of Texas, Inc. to Operate its Prospects, Both Domestically and Abroad

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA, ISRAEL, February 8, 2005 /PR Newswire-FirstCall/ Ness Energy International announced today that it has entered into an agreement with RockOil Energy of Texas regarding day to day production operations. Under this agreement, RockOil Energy will manage domestic hydrocarbon recovery operations for Ness, and its affiliates. RockOil Energy of Texas is an oil and gas operating company formed specifically to provide operations support for Independent Oil and Gas Companies, such as Ness. The terms of the operating agreement prohibit RockOil from taking an ownership, or participating interest, in any of the properties it will operate for Ness. RockOil comes with an impressive array of experience and contacts, ranging from California to New York to the Middle East.
