Ness Energy: Barnett Shale Drilling Completed, Well Completion
Phase Commenced, Clarification Released

Board: NESS) announced completion of the drilling operations phase
on a Barnett Shale venture in Texas, and the start of well
completion operations, and Ness clarifies a prior release.
Barnett Shale Drilling Complete
Ness Energy previously announced drilling operations were
underway on the Doss 1H North well, located in Parker County,
Texas, as a Barnett Shale venture with a larger independent taking
the lead. Ness has been advised that drilling operations have been
successfully concluded. The well has been drilled, logged, and
sampled and operations are ongoing, entering into the well
completion phase.
Ness President and CEO Sha Stephens commented, “Three major
operations apply on this venture involving drilling, completion
and production phases. Drilling has been completed successfully.
The commercial success of the well and the amount of gas to be
sold cannot be determined until more work is done to complete the
well, and it is hooked up into the sales line and flowing gas.
Other News-Clarification
Ness by way of clarifying the release of Tuesday February 8th,
regarding arrangements to pursue domestic and international
operations through an independent operating company, clarifies
that the operating company is a subsidiary of Ness. The operating
company will function, independently, including, business plan,
operations, and arrangements with third parties for support and
resources, and exploit the relationships and contacts developed
overseas under its brand name in the previous months. As an
additional line of business, this new operating company will
pursue the provision, for compensation, of operational support
services to companies in the industry other than Ness.
