Ness Energy: Wall Street Comes to Texas, Transaction Funded,
and Stage Set for "2004 New Year"
WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./ ISRAEL: January 20, 2004,
/MACReport-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: NESS) announced continued discussions and efforts
with Wall Street have started generating benefits for the New
Year, including long term arrangements reached during meetings
just held in Texas with Wall Street insiders and others, and the
closing of a quarter-million dollar transaction. Wall Street has
visited Ness this past week and the company believes the efforts
are seeding a foundation for Israeli drilling, in addition to
Texas exploration and development, all part of the Ness vision for
Israel.
Wall Street Efforts
Ness has firmly determined to acquire funding, acquisitions,
needed international business consultation, and other benefits
overseas and domestically, including from the world's most
successful financial arena, Wall Street.
According to President Stephens, "Hayseed, my Dad, knew well
enough to start the effort in Wall Street, critical to our ability
to complete his vision for Israel -both our Vision and now
Mission- but he also knew to be cautious, given the underlying
spirit of the Wall Street system, inordinately focused upon money.
Therefore, I have continued his steps testing and seeking persons
and firms who not only agree to a long term agenda with us, but
also view favorably our beliefs in our Vision of locating
supernatural wealth in Israel. We continue to undertake efforts
involving travel, meetings, discussions, negotiations and other
tasks primarily involving Wall Street and have benefits to report
for the New Year."
Meetings Lay Long Term Foundation
During November and December, Ness President and
representatives conducted meetings and conference calls with
different sources towards assisting the company with the science
for drilling in Israel, reviewing the scriptures, focusing upon
the needed funding for Texas and Israeli projects and other
company matters. Meetings were held in several states to
accommodate participants.
President Stephens stated, "These efforts have now come
together this past week with the completion of meetings just held
in Dallas and at Ness offices, most importantly involving Mr. May
of the Wall Street firm of May Davis, and a senior member of his
staff (others also attended). To my delight, Mr. May made it clear
he wished to start the New Year by coming to see and speak in
person with us, which meant, in effect, Ness, a company in
Texas, being visited for the first time by Wall Street.
The result of the discussions (including visits to our offices
and observation of our oil and gas facilities) is a common
understanding and mutual arrangement to work together in the time
ahead towards making our Vision a reality. (Specifics concerning
our access to their global relationships and opportunities will be
detailed shortly.) We appreciate and favor their interest and
advice, an excellent start to the New Year."
Funding Closed
The President also commented that $250,000 was advanced to Ness
for operations, what President Stephens called "a christening of
both the New Year and Ness plans, as our prayers are answered each
month, including the first month of the New Year."
Other News
President Stephens, for the Ness family, expressed his thanks
to all supporters for efforts and prayers this past year.
With the benefit of the meetings discussed above, he now plans to
release the 2004 New Year President's Letter. Ness is also pleased
to confirm the recently announced Israeli acquisition has been
completed and workers are on the ground moving equipment based
upon Ness plans. Further, Ness is in discussion with a new
source of support focused upon major assistance to Ness for the
entire year needs, for both Israel and Texas. Ness asks for
continued prayers for all Ness efforts and further news will be
released as it develops.
About Ness-The Vision
The current business of the Company is focused upon development
and execution of oil and gas exploration plans with a focus both
on pursuits in the petroleum rich State of Texas, and also in the
Middle East, specifically Israel. Ness believes that Israel in
particular the southwest end of The Dead Sea, is a place where
"Science and The Bible shake hands" and that Ness will achieve the
vision of the location and recovery of an abundant source of oil
and gas in Israel to supply Israel and the Christian communities
with supernatural wealth.
