Ness Energy: Management Plans Advanced, New Auditors Engaged
Near Wall Street
WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./ NETANYA, ISRAEL: February 27, 2004,
/MacReport-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: NESS) announced continued Management advances made
to broaden financial related efforts: retention of a new team of
principal accountants from the Northeast. The Company is pleased
to confirm the new firm, with excellent credentials, has
determined to accept the engagement.
Wall
Street Background
Ness has firmly
determined to acquire funding, acquisitions, needed International
business consultation and other benefits overseas and domestically
when and where available, including from the world's most
successful financial arena, Wall
Street.
Firms in the
Northeast
New York, New Jersey, and the
surrounding area, especially those near Wall Street, have
developed relations and resources both on a domestic and
International level which are attractive as Ness proceeds to move
forward. By engaging these firms, Ness hopes to expand its
resources, including funding opportunities, and build further
confidence abroad by working with these firms. Also, Ness seeks to
build confidence in the stock market by contracting with firms
which have more of an understanding and acceptance of the Israel
vision, and so will work on a long term basis in their dealings
with Ness and Ness stock.
Management
Plan-New Accountants
Management, as part of
its New Outlook and New Year plans, has been considering a new
firm to act as principal accountants, one with expanded abilities.
Following discussions and research, with meetings with advisors
on Wall Street, Ness has selected a new team of accountants from
New Jersey with International Resources, especially important
since Ness has potential oil and gas overseas opportunities in
addition to the nation of Israel.
The firm also has
Wall Street know-how and builds confidence for shareholders and
those doing business, or potentially doing business, with Ness
given their credentials as auditors.
According
to Ness President, Sha Stephens, "The termination of the prior
accountants was in no way due to our dissatisfaction with
them,..we found them to be both experienced and professional in
our dealings. We have no dispute with the prior accountant and
enjoyed their services. However, we have a New Outlook and more
intense interest in working with Wall Street..the new firm has
some significant credentials, and the fact that they warmly
accepted the engagement makes us again feel good, especially in a
time when many accountants are walking away from companies.
"
The new firm, selected by Ness, is Rosenberg Rich
Baker Berman & Company, P.A. The Rosenberg Firm has over 20
years experience in International financial statement matters, and
over 25 years experience as auditors. It has a full staff of
accountants and support personnel including persons with foreign
language abilities. Their website address is: (http://www.rrbb.com/).
Another exciting point, according to President
Stephens, "I have confirmed that they have an affiliated
accountant, in Israel, who will be of help to us as we expand
Israeli efforts....we believe very strongly that one of reasons
the Rosenberg Firm was selected, is that they will be of help to
us by bringing confidence and added credibility to the table, even
in Israel."
Other
News
President Stephens is on his way to New
York for meetings on Wall Street. He has been asked by a Wall
Street firm, to meet and discuss several proposals and plans. It
is anticipated that a principal of that firm will be in London
soon presenting Ness Energy as an opportunity to institutional
contacts.
Ness has also received verbal confirmation from management of
the Independent oil and gas company that Ness entered into the
First Right of Refusal Agreement with, that a partnership proposal
is being drafted and should be in the Ness office no later than
Monday the 1st of March.
About Ness-The
Vision
The current business of the Company
is focused upon development and execution of oil and gas
exploration plans with a focus both on pursuits in the petroleum
rich State of Texas, and also in the Middle East, specifically
Israel. Ness believes that Israel, in particular the southwest end
of The Dead Sea, is a place where "Science and The Bible shake
hands" and that Ness will achieve the vision of the location and
recovery of an abundant source of oil and gas in Israel to supply
Israel and the Christian communities with supernatural
wealth.
