Ness Energy - Anticipated Agreement Signed

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA, ISRAEL:  April 13, 2004 MacReport-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS) announced today that it has formally signed the previously announced agreement with a Fort Worth based independent energy company ("The Company").

This agreement gives The Company the lead in exploring and developing an area located in Parker County, Texas of leases previously owned by Ness Energy International, Inc.  In the transaction, The Company purchased a majority working interest position in the acreage, with Ness Energy International, Inc. having the right to participate with them on all gas wells that are drilled and operated by The Company on the acreage.  In the agreement, Ness Energy International reserved the right to drill to a depth no deeper than the Big Saline, or Bend Conglomerate which depth is approximately 4800', with The Company having the right to participate with Ness on any wells that Ness drills on the acreage. In addition, an undisclosed amount was paid by The Company for the purchase of its working interest position, including the right to target the acreage specifically for the Barnett Shale, with full rights included to produce any pay zone penetrated in the drilled well.

Sha Stephens, President of Ness Energy International, Inc. commented, "This participation agreement is one that has been anticipated by Ness shareholders for the past several months, and as of 3:00pm today, it is a deal! We at Ness Energy are smart enough to know that when a company of this caliber drives in with the resources and expertise that they have, the best thing to do is to take a back seat and let them do the driving. Ness has over twenty years experience in this area of the Ft. Worth Basin, working with the landowners and local oil and gas related businesses which allows Ness to know who to turn to in the area to get things done. The Company may depend on us to help them get acclimated, and in the true spirit of cooperation, we have, and will continue to do everything we can to see that this is a win - win situation."

About Ness-The Vision

The current business of Ness Energy is development and execution of oil and gas exploration, property acquisition and corporate merger prospects. The Company is primarily pursuing interests in the petroleum rich State of Texas, and also in the Middle East, specifically, Israel. Ness believes that Israel, in particular the southwest end of The Dead Sea, is a place where "Science and The Bible Shake Hands" and that Ness will achieve the vision of the location and recovery of an abundant source of oil and gas in Israel to supply Israel and the Christian communities with supernatural wealth. In the meantime, we continue to build a strong Company on assets, cash flow and deals that make sense.
