Ness Energy CEO; New Domestic and Israeli Update

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./ NETANYA, ISRAEL:  October 24, 2003, 2003/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS) announced its President and CEO is now advising the Board of Directors, from corporate headquarters, just west of Dallas, Texas, of substantial new developments in new domestic and Israeli pursuits, including new information concerning additional well projects, property acquisitions, business acquisitions, and funding negotiations.

One Body; Communication Obligation

Starting this past June, President Stephens has reported to the Board, and to others through Press Releases, his update of Company business pursuits, including the development of a New Outlook for Ness.  A new update is now being reported, with tremendous results being accomplished since June.

According to President Stephens, "There are many callings to serve God, including the many ministries, but there is one body. Ness has a calling to pursue the vision of locating an abundant supply of oil and gas in Israel. Ness shareholders, supporters, and advisors have joined, and are joining together, as one body, or family, in the pursuit of this goal. Communication to the Ness family is an obligation I have determined to burden. Where many CEO's are preoccupied with only the act of making money, they neglect communication with supporters.  I have seen the efforts, and most of all prayers, of our faithful supporters, rally around us in many ways, one such result is the excellent stock performance of recent months. We will not only continue to stay in contact with the Ness family.. I intend to increase communication in the days ahead as we approach, what I believe, will be a most joyous holiday season for our shareholders.. I want to end the year, as a testimony to our hard work, with substantial results. This in turn, gives us an even stronger foundation for the New Year."

He further stated, "Be ready, be aware and be involved. news is pending... soon to be released and forthcoming as it develops."

Additional Well Projects And Acquisitions

According to President Stephens, "People are going to be surprised as to the number of well acquisitions and new projects, either reworking wellbores or new well drilling that is in progress or being readied for start up. Time spent operating our oil and gas public company, and undertaking multiple opportunities now leading to negotiations with many Wall Street firms, prevents us from keeping count of our blessings or rather, increase in value which we will leave that to the accountants and those who feel the need.  We are moving at such a fast pace by adding on projects, prospects, new wells, leases and production, that our time has been limited. We will take time to add up where we are at year-end. We are turning Ness into a viable production company, while building, what we hope will be, a small treasure to be used to go after the bigger one, Oil and Gas in Israel." Ness will shortly release news on rework results and multiple well projects now in operation.

Property Acquisition

Ness is undertaking numerous property acquisitions, which supply, in summary, substantial acreage for additional well projects. Ness expects to increase cash flow, part of the New Outlook, from such projects and future ones.   He further stated, "I believe cash flow from operations will give us the resources needed for what we believe will be one of the largest Israeli oil and gas exploration efforts of all time by any company.  Property rights are needed for exploration, and development of future oil and gas reserves, which will become a financial force pressing us forward in Israel."

Apart from domestic efforts, Ness is closer to announcing what may be a combination property/business acquisition in Israel, as negotiations have now entered contract preparation stages. This will be a major Israeli acquisition and all efforts are being made to close the transaction.

Business Acquisitions

We believe acquiring industry related businesses is beneficial in so many ways. We are closing and negotiating several planned industry related business acquisitions to supply cash flow and equipment and take control of other owner held benefits. These acquisitions are more cost effective from a financial and time standpoint, than if we were to try and build these companies from scratch. Therefore, with careful planning, based on the advice of professional advisors, we hope to announce some really exciting news that bring increased shareholder value to the Ness family table, as well as more tools for operational needs. Ness is in the final contract stage on some of these opportunities.

Funding Negotiations and Recent Events

"It is hard, " according to President Stephens, " to view our current financial negotiations independent of recent accomplishments, (such as our new status of being litigation free, our improved financial definition by the accountants evident by the removal of the going concern limitation, and the increased strength and performance of Ness stock).  Wall Street has taken note, and if it were not for our need to focus on oil and gas, all of our time could be spent on efforts reviewing the numerous funding deals on the table right now. Though we did not go to New York City this week, we should be on Wall Street the next week to ten days, to pick and complete, out of the multiple opportunities presented to us.. the better deals... the ones that make sense for Ness."

Other News

In addition to the above, Management is updating additional plans involving joint venture efforts on well projects, and other business pursuits. Also, this week involves the biggest use of equipment and labor in Ness history with the rework of the Lester B #1. This well is located in the heart of our 6000+ acre lease position in Parker County, Texas. Rework efforts are currently underway, with news to be released the early part of next week.   As noted, a pending Israeli acquisition has now entered into the final contract negotiation stage. The final draft being prepared, has prompted the visit, from Israel of Ness' top Israeli consultant to insure that nothing is left in question due to content, interpretation from Hebrew to English, or intent. On a side note: Mary Gene Stephens has just returned from South Africa, where progress was made to distribute the proceeds of the recent Hayseed Stephens Memorial Golf Tournament (sponsored by Ness), for the initial phase of construction for the Agape Way Bible School and Training Center. Mrs. Stephens has reported that the trip went exceptionally well, with Mrs. Stephens being received, as a sister, by His Majesty, King Goodwill, King of the Zulu Nation, and Chief Minister Mognasutu Butheleizi. Plans are underway for construction to start immediately.
