Ness Energy Reports Positive Response from Wall Street
Meetings
WILLOW PARK, TEXAS, U.S.A./NETANYA ISRAEL: November 11,
2003, 2003/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS) announced it has completed
meetings on Wall Street with positive results being achieved. The
company now proceeds to a stage of documenting, what it believes,
will be tremendous financial resources for Ness in the days
ahead.
Wall Street Meetings
This past week, President Sha Stephens went to Wall Street to
conduct several meetings with financial sources that may prove to
be of significant support in the months ahead. Funding was the
primary focus of discussions. Funding for Ness Energy's aggressive
resolve to establish cash flow and shareholder value domestically,
so that we may pursue our efforts internationally. Talks were also
held regarding mergers, acquisitions and other areas in which
these firms could be of assistance. The talks centered first and
foremost on the New Outlook for Ness, but also included in the
talks was the vision of Ness, started by past President Hayseed
Stephens. The vision is to locate an abundant supply of oil and
gas in Israel. According to President Sha Stephens, "To the
surprise of some, but not Ness, the people and firms that we met
with are very supportive of our positive, aggressive new approach
and beliefs in our vision. They did not discount in any way, our
belief that Israel potentially holds significant supplies of oil
and gas that may be recovered in the 'times' we live in
today....Israel, the focus of almost hourly news reports around
the World is surrounded by rich oil producing nations. Why not
them?"
This past year Ness achieved an interesting benchmark for a
public company. The efforts and support shown by Ness supporters
has given off a very positive valuation by many brokers, Because
of this, Ness was able to arrange, at no cost to Ness, use of
offices located on Wall Street, directly across from the NYSE. The
arrangement allows Ness to use the conference room, private
available office space complete with desks, phone system, and
other benefits like fax machine, computer, and printer, all on a
limited basis as needed while Ness Management is in town. The real
benefit, according to President Stephens, "is the fact it makes it
easier and more cost effective for us to conduct meetings in the
financial district of Wall Street, this gives us an edge in talks
when people see that a Wall Street brokerage firm has enough
confidence in us to allow us be there."
Ness plans to document, with contracts and necessary paperwork,
the arrangements made in Wall Street and release news as progress
is made.
About Ness-The Vision
The current business of the Company is focused upon development
and execution of oil and gas exploration plans with a focus both
on pursuits in the petroleum rich State of Texas, and also in the
Middle East, specifically Israel. Ness believes that Israel, in
particular the southwest end of the Dead Sea, is a place where
"Science and The Bible shake hands" and that Ness will achieve the
vision of the location and recovery of an abundant source of oil
and gas in Israel to supply Israel and the Christian communities
with supernatural wealth.
